1. 7-Day Return Window with Prior Approval

 

We accept returns for a full refund or exchange only if you receive prior approval from our support team via email.

  • You must request a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of the original delivery date.

  • Items returned after the 7-day period or without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.

 

2. Eligibility Requirements

 

To be eligible for a return, the gadget must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all original accessories, manuals, and protective films intact.

  • It must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

 

3. How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Email our support team at completestores@yahoo.com immediately to request a return and state the reason.

  2. If your request is approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email.

  3. Securely pack the item, clearly label the package with the RMA number, and mail it to: [Your Return Shipping Address].

  4. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gadgets damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care after delivery.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Gift cards.

 

5. Refunds Processing

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
